Why we collect it
To provide the services you engage us for, and to meet our obligations under Cyprus anti-money-laundering law and our ICPAC regulatory requirements.
Our lawful basis
Performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and where relevant your consent. This section needs a lawyer to state precisely.
How long we keep it
Retention periods are set by anti-money-laundering law. State the exact period your policy applies.
Where it is stored
Name the systems and their locations. If any provider stores data outside the EEA, that transfer must be disclosed here with its safeguard.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to the legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Complaints
You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
