Cyprus requires us to identify everyone who ultimately owns or controls the company. Add each person once — you can list several.

Critical build requirement: these uploads must post to a secure store — SharePoint on your Microsoft 365 tenancy, or the client portal. Passport scans must never land in the WordPress media library, which is publicly addressable by default. This is the single biggest technical risk in the whole build.
